At our plant in Kahramanmaraş, Türkiye, we produce cross-plied unidirectional UHMWPE composites for soft and hard armor. All material is supplied as continuous roll goods, cut to your process.
The company
Two product families, one process discipline. Every roll leaves our factory with a quality certificate of analysis and a traceability matrix with a lot number, a fiber batch, a resin batch.
KN Advanced Composites works alongside armor manufacturers across the full engineering path — from material selection through layup architecture to consolidation parameters. Final ballistic performance, however, is shaped by your design and confirmed through your own testing and qualification.

Products
Both families are built from high-strength, high-modulus UHMWPE fiber pre-impregnated in a resin matrix and cross-plied in a 0°/90° orientation.
KNS series
Cross-plied unidirectional UHMWPE, supplied as continuous roll material for flexible ballistic panels.
KNH series
High-modulus cross-plied UHMWPE for consolidation into rigid plates and structural armor.
What ships with the material
Issued with every shipment. States lot number, areal density and acceptance-test results.
Per product code. Covers composition, roll physicals, allowable visual imperfections, storage, packaging and handling.
Available on request.

Our production processes are run in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System and ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System standards. Certificate scope and validity details are available on request.
Technical support
Protection level, layer count and consolidation parameters are confirmed for each application. Send us the requirement and we will work the material specification with you.
