Data Subject Request
The channels through which you can submit requests concerning your personal data, and how to do so.
Right to apply
Article 11 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 grants data subjects the right to make a number of requests concerning the processing of their personal data. Under Article 13(1) of the Law, such requests must be submitted to our Company in writing or by the other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
Application channels
You may submit your application through one of the channels below. In every case, information and documents verifying your identity must accompany the application.

What your application must contain
So that your application can be handled, the following must be stated clearly:
- Name, surname and, if the application is in writing, your signature,
- Turkish ID number for citizens of the Republic of Türkiye; nationality, passport number or, if any, identification number for foreign nationals,
- Place of residence or business address for service of notice,
- Any e-mail address, telephone and fax number for notification,
- The subject of the request and explanations relating to it,
- Information and documents relating to the matter.
Response time
Applications submitted to us are concluded free of charge within thirty days at the latest from the date the application reaches our Company, depending on the nature of the request. Where the operation incurs an additional cost, the fee in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged. Our responses are delivered to you in writing or electronically.
