Who we are
KN Advanced Composites produces unidirectional ballistic composites at its plant in Kahramanmaraş, Türkiye. The range covers ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene for soft and hard armor, all supplied as continuous roll goods cut to the customer's process.
Quality control procedure is a lot release criterion for the roll material. It is not a statement of performance about any finished armor product. Every roll is traceable to its production lot and to the fiber and resin batches used, and a Certificate of Conformity stating lot number, areal density and acceptance-test results is issued with each shipment.
KN Advanced Composites works alongside armor manufacturers across the full engineering path — from material selection through layup architecture to consolidation parameters. Final ballistic performance, however, is shaped by your design and confirmed through your own testing and qualification — and that is where it rightly belongs.

Supplied on 75 mm cores at widths from 160 cm, in lengths matched to the customer's cutting and layup process.
Engineering support
Material selection, layup architecture and consolidation guidance for each plate or panel design.
What ships with the material
Certificate of Conformity
Issued with every shipment. States lot number, areal density and acceptance-test results.
Technical Data Sheet
Per product code. Covers composition, roll physicals, allowable visual imperfections, storage, packaging and handling.
Ballistic quality-control protocol
Available on request.
